Serial number 50903014528 was the second two seater to be acquired by Czechoslovakia.  It was delivered by the Soviet Union on July 1, 1989.  After the disbandment of the 11th Fighter Regiment at Zatec, the plane, along with nine single seaters, was assigned to the 1st Fighter Regiment at Ceske Budejovice as a component of the Czech Republic Air Force.
